Although as crippling as fear may see, it is a defeated spirit through the blood of Jesus Christ. Authority has been given to all believers to exercise dominion over its lying deception. Terrorist are an extreme case of people forcing their way upon others by using the spirit of fear. The same is true on a smaller scale with fear, or the spouse who through fear manpulates. Fear can then be conquered on every level. As personal victory is realized, you begin to bring down the principalities and powers controlling Nations and Governments. The ability is in our grasp. Victory has been won. Abundant life apart from fear has been given. The thief through deception keeps many in bondage. Rise up and take your position. Stop the thief! Learn to operate in the spirit realm by the Word of God and utilize the authority you were given. Use it to change your life, your loved ones lives, your workplace, your City, State, Country and even the World!

Ephesians 1:19-21 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power, which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality, and power and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also inthat which is to come:

Colosians 1:13-14 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness (fear), and hath translated us into the kingdom (spiritual realm) of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins (unbelief):

John 8:44 Ye (terrorist) are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He (Satan) was a murderer from the beginning, and abide not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he is speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he (satan) is a liar, and the father of it.

John 10:10 The thief (fear, deception) cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy; I am come that they might have life (authority), and that they might have it more abundantly.

1 John 3:8 He that committeth sin is of devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power(authority): who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil (fear)...

Acts 17:28 For in Him we live, and move and have our being (authority); ... For we are also his offspring.

Romans 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.

1.) Submit yourself to God
James 4:7-8 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

The first step in deliverance from fear is surrender to Jesus. You must renounce unbelief and trust the Lord to direct your life from this point forward, no matter what your eyes or any of your five senses tell you. You must cast down reasoning and bring your mind into submission to the Lordship of the Word... Jesus Christ.

Romans 10:9-10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

2.) Bind the Strongman
Matthew 12:29 Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? And then he will spoil his house.

The only weapon Satan has is deception. If he can convince you to believe a circumstance or something contrary to the Word, he will wil the battle. Confess his defeat in your life by confessing Jesus as Lord. Learn to skillfully operate in the spirit realm. Begin to bind and loose spiritual forces. The victory was bought by Jesus! Make prayer a mighty weapon in your life!

Ephesians 6:12-13 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this worl (fear), against spiritual wickedness in high places (Terrorism). Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

3.) Believe You Receive
Mark 11:22-24 Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, "be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea"; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive and ye shall have them.

Get rid of doubt at all cost! Make the quality decission that the Word of God is always correct and your experiences are lies when they contradict the written Word of God. Do not try to make the Word fit your beliefs, make your beliefs line up with the Word! Step out in faith, exercise spiritual dominion, rule and reign as priests and kings unto God. It has been provided for you. Just believe enough to act and keep on acting even when your senses are screaming at you that it does not appear to be working! you can do it. Develop your faith. The greater one lives inside of you. Do not give up. Do not turn back. The victory is already yours, go take the land!

1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking (if you do not let him, he can not!) whom he may devour:

1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
