The Holy Spirit is the Lord,
And the Lord is the Spirit.
He speaks only the truth,
To those who will hear it.
You have only to believe,
And harken to His voice,
With wisdom and understanding,
The righteous rejoice.

If you trust the Lord,
And follow His path,
You abide in love and mercy,
And suffer no wrath.
He gives life to your soul,
And joy to your heart,
If you walk by His word,
You need never be apart.

Just depend on the Spirit,
He is there everyday.
He will bless and anoint you,
Even help you to pray.
As you draw ever nearer,
You are filled with His power,
As fears and worries vanish,
You grow stronger with each hour.
